Cuba Gets Fit
The Cuban government has always promoted the sport in its educational policies, but it has been in recent years that it has started a fashion cult of the body (mainly in the group of young men), because the Cubans have a more access to foreign films and television series where actors appear with sculpted bodies. In recent years they have been opened many private gyms. This type of business is one of the list of businesses that Cubans can legally open. These gyms, nor the public, have showers, saunas or any kind of comfort which have gyms in Europe. Neither Cubans have the opportunity to make a proper diet, or have specific nutrition products, however a new generation of young Cubans trying to get fit imitating movie stars.
